Just spent some time farting around on DA and just realized there is an alarming number of young girls using this site to try to boost their self esteem by posting half-naked MySpace style self pics. It's sad and kind of pisses me off. This site is for art, and there are a million sites for that kind of shit. Don't get me wrong, I'm a tit man and enjoy looking at hot chicks but for fuck's sake the more this site gets diluted with this crap the more real artists that I follow will go somewhere, scattered to the wind. God damn it

I think you'd be surprised! I'm not OVERLY familiar with the cosplay scene on the west coast, but I do have a group of cosplay friends who live in Washington. There are cosplayers virtually all over the place. I bet if you searched on a website like cosplay.com you'd find some like-minded new friends who live nearby. ^__^
